CRM Implementation Specialist
We are seeking a CRM Implementation Specialist to join our award winning team at Kongo. This role is pivotal in implementing and optimising our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the planning and implementation of CRM projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Act as a liaison between different teams and stakeholders.
- Client Facing: Regularly interact with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored CRM solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for all client queries and concerns regarding CRM implementation.
- CRM Implementation: Hands-on involvement in the setup, configuration, and customisation of CRM systems. Ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions with client systems.
- Automation: Implement automation in CRM to improve efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and processes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on CRM functionalities and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to CRM systems and processes. Follow the latest CRM trends and technologies.
