CRM Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a CRM Implementation Specialist to join our award winning team at Kongo. This role is pivotal in implementing and optimising our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management: Lead the planning and implementation of CRM projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Act as a liaison between different teams and stakeholders.

  2. Client Facing: Regularly interact with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored CRM solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for all client queries and concerns regarding CRM implementation.

  3. CRM Implementation: Hands-on involvement in the setup, configuration, and customisation of CRM systems. Ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions with client systems.

  4. Automation: Implement automation in CRM to improve efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and processes.

  5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on CRM functionalities and best practices.

  6. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to CRM systems and processes. Follow the latest CRM trends and technologies.

 

Qualifications:

  •  - Proven experience in software implementation and project management.
  •  - Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  •  - Knowledge of CRM software and database systems.
  •  - Experience with automation tools and techniques.
  •  - Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  •  - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
