No pitch deck. No demo. No templated questionnaire.
Just a direct conversation with a GTM Engineer who’ll ask the questions that matter about your business.
A discovery call is 30 minutes with one of our GTM Engineers. We’ll look at how your business operates, not how your CRM is configured.
We’ll ask about your sales process, your pipeline, your reporting, your integrations, and where things break. We’ll want to understand what’s working, what’s frustrating your team, and what “success” means for your business.
By the end of the call, you’ll have a clear picture of where the gaps are and whether the GTM Outcome Engine is the right fit.
This isn’t a sales call. There’s no slide deck. Nobody will demo software at you. We won’t ask you to sit through a capabilities presentation.
It’s a working session. We ask questions. You talk about your business. If there’s a fit, we’ll tell you. If there isn’t, we’ll tell you that too.
The best discovery calls end with you understanding your business better, regardless of whether you work with us.
A discovery call doesn’t commit you to anything. If the conversation surfaces a fit, Kongo’s twelve month programme is how we build it. One named pod (Principal Solutions Architect, GTM Engineer and Customer Success Manager) from kick-off to year end. Monthly sprint cadence for new builds, daily support in between. Three phases from foundation to scale.
One predictable fee. No change orders for in-scope work.
