HubSpot Integrations Vol. 04 / Connected Systems

Your systems weren’t designed to talk to each other. We make them.

50+ HubSpot integrations built across ERP, finance, student management, legal, clinical, fundraising, and data platforms.

We connect your CRM to the systems your business runs on, not just the ones with a native connector.

01The Problem

A sync is not an integration.

On business logic vs the pipe.

Most integration work starts and ends with syncing a few fields between two systems. It works until the ERP sends a record your CRM has no field for, or someone changes a picklist value and the sync breaks silently.

The problem isn’t connectivity. The tools for moving data between systems have never been better. The problem is that nobody mapped the business logic before they built the pipe.

Which system is the source of truth for which data? What happens when they disagree? What does a “customer” mean in your ERP versus your CRM? What’s the right sequence when a deal closes: does the invoice generate first, or does the subscription activate first?

These are business questions, not technical ones. They need answers before a single API call is made.

If your integration breaks every time someone changes a field, the problem isn’t the integration. It’s that nobody understood the business logic it was supposed to carry.

02How We Approach Integration

Business logic first. Then the pipe.

On translating before building.

Every HubSpot integration we build follows the same discipline as the rest of the GTM Outcome Engine. GTM Engineers translate the business logic first: the data model, the source-of-truth hierarchy, the exception handling and the sequence of operations. Then they build the pipe: middleware, field mapping, sync schedules and error handling.

We start by tracing the lifecycle of a record across your systems: a contact in your CRM, an invoice in your finance platform, an enrolment in your student management system. We map where data originates, where it goes, and what breaks when something unexpected arrives.

Then we build. Custom middleware where native connectors fall short, and webhook-driven event handling where batch processing is too slow. Monitoring, error logging and alerting catch failures before they compound.

We don’t just connect systems. We translate the business logic between them. That’s the difference between a sync that runs and an integration that works.
03What We Integrate

50+ integrations. The systems your business actually runs on.

Custom-built integrations designed around the specific business logic of each client. Not plug-and-play connectors.

ERP & Operations

We connect your CRM to your ERP so commercial and operational data stay aligned. Orders, inventory, fulfilment and revenue reconciliation flow in both directions.

NetSuite · SAP By Design · SAP Business One · Business Central · MYOB Exo · Pronto · Cin7 Core · Retail Express

Finance & Payments

Where your commercial system meets your financial system. Invoicing, payment collection, revenue recognition, and subscription billing, connected so that finance and sales share a single source of truth.

Xero · MYOB AccountRight · Stripe · Square · Quotient

CRM & Sales Platforms

Migrations, co-existence architectures, and bi-directional syncs. Whether you’re consolidating platforms or running systems in parallel, data stays clean across both.

Salesforce · SAP Sales Cloud · Propertybase

Student Management & Learning

Enrolment lifecycles, compliance reporting, and student engagement, connected to your CRM so that marketing, admissions, and student success share a single view of every learner.

Axcelerate · VETtrak · Moodle

Matter Management & Legal

Client intake, matter lifecycle, and time-based billing connected to your CRM. The systems that run legal operations, integrated with the systems that win and retain clients.

Data & Infrastructure

When your data lives in warehouses, lakes, or cloud databases, we build the pipes that keep your CRM connected to the full picture, real-time or scheduled, uni-directional or bi-directional.

AWS RDS · Azure SQL · Snowflake

Industry-Specific Platforms

Hospitality, veterinary, property, construction, and events. The niche platforms that are critical to your operations but rarely have a native connector. We build what doesn’t exist.

Cvent · Tripleseat · PetExec · Caruso · AroFlo · Procore · Xplor
This isn’t a complete list. It’s a sample. If your business runs on it, we’ve either integrated it before or we’ll figure it out. That’s what 50+ integrations teaches you.
04Why It Matters

An engine that doesn’t connect to your operations isn’t an engine. It’s a silo.

On the connective tissue of the Outcome Engine.

The GTM Outcome Engine produces results because it’s connected to the systems that run your business. Your revenue number is accurate because it’s reconciled against your finance platform. Your customer health scores draw on operational data, not just CRM activity.

Integration connects the engine to the rest of the business. Without it, the engine reports on itself. With it, one system sees and reports on the whole operation.

Every integration we build is governed under the same framework as the rest of the engine. Data mapping is documented. Sync logic is version-controlled. Error handling is monitored. The quarterly governance review covers integration health alongside everything else.

Integration isn’t a project phase. It’s a continuous capability that changes as your systems change.

05How It's Delivered

Built by GTM Engineers. One pod. Twelve months.

Same pod from kick-off to year end.

Translation captures the rules. Production builds them on a monthly sprint cadence. The named pod (Principal Solutions Architect, GTM Engineer and Customer Success Manager) runs your platform from kick-off to year end. One predictable fee. No change orders for in-scope work.
