Enabled marketing automation and lead nurturing for a membership-based, fitness gym business.

how we did it: 

We integrated the MindBody app with Hubspot, then synchronised MindBody’s free trial status to allow lead nurturing of potential members.

Next, we recorded class attendance in HubSpot. This way, we were able to learn more about the customers and use behaviour-based marketing automation and communications.

To streamline things further, we set up automated SMS notification workflows.
