Priority ERP / HubSpot Integration Vol. 15 / Connected Systems

Your ERP keeps the order. HubSpot runs the sale.

Projects, companies and quotes move between HubSpot and Priority, so sales work in the CRM while orders stay in the ERP.

A custom-built integration designed around your business logic, not a plug-and-play connector.

01The Problem

Your sales team quotes in one place. Your orders live in another.

On the gap between systems.

Priority holds your customers, quotes and sales orders. Your sales team needs a CRM to manage projects, follow up quotes and forecast. Without a connection, every quote is keyed twice and nobody in sales can see order status.

Project-based selling makes this harder. One job can draw quotes from several contractors and wholesalers, and the specifier who won the work is easy to lose.

If your CRM cannot see the order, it cannot tell you which quotes turned into revenue.

02What We Connect

Projects, quotes and orders in the right system.

On the data flow we wire up.

HubSpot becomes the sales front end. Priority keeps the ERP record and the existing quote to sales order process. Your customer service team keeps working in Priority.

Every write to Priority goes through a rate-limited queue. Records that fail validation are held and flagged for review rather than pushed through.

Projects

Projects created in HubSpot are created and updated in Priority. Status changes in Priority come back to HubSpot. One project can carry several contractor companies and quotes.

Companies

Specifiers, wholesalers and contractors sync both ways, matched on the Priority customer number. Priority stays the master record to begin with.

Quotes

Approved quotes move from HubSpot to Priority with their line items. Priority keeps its quotation reference and converts the quote to a sales order when a purchase order arrives.

Sales Orders and Status

Sales orders and their status sync back to HubSpot as read-only records, matched on the customer purchase order number. Ambiguous matches are held for review.

03Who It’s For

Manufacturers and distributors running Priority.

On the businesses this fits.

If Priority runs your orders and you want HubSpot for sales, this integration connects them. It suits project-based manufacturers selling through specifiers, wholesalers and contractors, where one job draws several competing quotes.

When a deal is won, only the winning quote and company are written to Priority. Competing bids close in HubSpot.
