RedBook / HubSpot Integration Vol. 15 / Connected Systems

Look up the vehicle once. Quote with the right details.

RedBook vehicle data fills in the vehicle details when your team or your dealers create a quote, and saves them on the HubSpot deal.

A custom-built integration designed around your business logic, not a plug-and-play connector.

01The Problem

Every quote needs the vehicle. Typing it in invites mistakes.

On the gap between systems.

Quoting for vehicle transport or registration starts with the vehicle: make, model, body type, fuel type and weights. Typed in by hand, these details vary from quote to quote and from dealer to dealer.

Reporting suffers too. Without a standard vehicle description, you cannot report on volumes by make, model or body type.

If every quote describes the vehicle differently, your CRM cannot tell you what you moved.

02What We Connect

Vehicle data where quotes are made.

On the data flow we wire up.

RedBook stays the source of truth for vehicle data. The integration looks up a vehicle when a quote is created and writes the result to HubSpot.

Lookup by Plate

Your team enters a registration plate and state. The integration returns the matching RedBook vehicle.

Lookup by Make and Model

For new vehicles that are not yet registered, your team selects make, model, year and badge to find the RedBook vehicle.

Vehicle Details on the Deal

The RedBook description, code, body type, fuel type, tare and gross vehicle mass are saved on the HubSpot deal.

Quotes from Any Source

Details are saved whether the quote comes from a dealer portal or is created in HubSpot. Repeat lookups for the same plate are cached.

03Who It’s For

Vehicle logistics and registration services quoting with RedBook.

On the businesses this fits.

If your business quotes for vehicle transport, registration or services and works with dealers, this integration brings RedBook data into each quote.

Lookups need a RedBook data licence that covers your use. We confirm this during scoping.
