Funds, holdings, transactions and unit prices flow from the Automic registry into HubSpot each day, so your distribution team works from current registry data.
A custom-built integration designed around your business logic, not a plug-and-play connector.
Automic holds your register: every holder account, every application and redemption, every unit price. Your distribution and investor relations teams work in HubSpot. Without a connection, they cannot see which contacts are investors, which advisers bring in funds, or how much each holds.
Automic has an API, but there is no HubSpot marketplace connector. Most managers fill the gap with spreadsheet exports, which are out of date as soon as they are made.
If your funds under management figure comes from a spreadsheet, your CRM cannot report on it.
The integration reads from Automic and writes to HubSpot once a day. Automic stays the source of truth. The integration never writes back to the register.
Each Automic holder account syncs to an investment entity record in HubSpot, linked to the account holder contact and, where there is one, the adviser and their company.
Applications, redemptions and distribution reinvestments sync as transaction records. Unit prices sync per fund, so balances stay current.
Holdings roll up to the contact and company. Direct holdings from Automic can sit beside platform holdings loaded from other sources, with a total across both.
Automic adviser records carry an adviser number but no email address. We match advisers on that number, so each holding links to the right adviser contact.
If Automic runs your register and HubSpot runs your distribution and investor communications, this integration connects them. Your team can segment by fund and holding, report funds under management by adviser, and trigger communications when someone becomes an investor.
Registry codes, such as holder status and holder type, sync as Automic sends them. Workflows in HubSpot turn them into lifecycle stages and labels, so a new code in Automic does not break the sync.
