FinAlliance START Step 1: Leads (client file) allocation by DC Step 2: Finance Session - Managing Client files in Mercury Step 3: Customer Decision Point STOP This follows existing process - DC books meeting with external and internal brokers using Calendly. Capture client info, Opp info Fact Find, Borrowing Power Conversations around Policy Terms (Optional) Outcome - Finance Option Summary pdf. Member portal centre for uploading customer docs. External Broker (~12 staff) Scenario: 1. DC assigns Finance broker, books in Calendly. 2. Broker manually inputs preliminary time and other details both on Master opp and Settle Opp. EOI is in place - If yes - Initial application straight away for new loan. Do we capture it on opp for Fin Alliance metrics. It's also a good list to target marketing for future.
