Accounts START Step 1: Client Invoice Step 2: Builder Invoice Step 3: Staff Commission Process (Managed outside CRM) Other Processes (Managed outside CRM except Stripe) STOP Post Purchase: Contract team sets in Sales won opp and inputs to deposits section that triggers actions for Accounts team. Action for Accounts - Add details to Client fees section - Memberships, Fees and Post-Purchase Fees. Current Process - Accounts uses SF dashboard to understand builder terms and captures commission details in SF and XERO. Post-Purchase Team adds deposit section on settlement opp once sales won. Stage 2 work - Commissions Management currently in Google Sheets (manually exported monthly from SF report on settlement opportunities). Commission Overview - WP received commissions based on drop value (top gun, premium, std), payable over sales won Part A and Part B milestones. Commission claw-back when deal is dropped after commission paid to WP. Stripe fee refund is managed by Accounts. These are updated in Salesforce and reported on weekly basis.
