Kongo developed a custom integration between HubSpot + MINDBODY for F45 syncing contact data. MINDBODY customer information, bookings, attendance and transactions are all synced with HubSpot contact and deal records. 

This has enabled participating F45 locations to understand free trial to membership conversion rates and reduce membership churn using HubSpot reporting.

 

HubSpot + Tencia
Client: Everest Ice Cream

 

Kongo developed a custom integration between HubSpot + Tencia (onsite application).

Onsite application integrations with HubSpot are reserved for more technically capable  HubSpot partners. Kongo’s integration between Tencia and HubSpot has enabled real time sales data from Tencia to be written to Company records in HubSpot where it validates forecast sales and closed won deals.

 

HubSpot + Microsoft Dynamics

Kongo developed a custom integration between HubSpot + Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

Kongo’s integration between HubSpot + Microsoft Dynamics ERP sends qualified leads from HubSpot to Microsoft Dynamics where the sales operations are managed. Once a sale is won and delivered from Microsoft Dynamics, sales data is sent back to HubSpot to give clarity on the performance of marketing efforts.

 

HubSpot + iPos

Kongo developed a custom integration between HubSpot + iPos (Imagatec).

Kongo’s integration between HubSpot and iPos (Point of Sale) enables a high-volume of transactions occurring in-store through iPos to be synced with HubSpot deals and associated with contacts acquired through online marketing sources. 

Calls-to-action and subscriptions claimed or purchased on the Magic Hand Carwash website can be verified in-store by iPos.

 

HubSpot + Steamline ID
Client: Futurity

 

Kongo has developed an integration between HubSpot + Streamline ID.

This integration allows Streamline ID applicants and applications to be synced with HubSpot contacts and deals. Applications may be completed over a number of sessions by users. This information, including application progress point, is captured against the HubSpot deal and automation is then used to guide users through the application process.
