Kongo builds a managed integration between Caruso’s GraphQL API and HubSpot, running on our own AWS infrastructure. Investor data flows automatically from Caruso into HubSpot on a scheduled basis, giving your team a complete, current picture of every investor relationship without touching a spreadsheet.

Current fund positions, unit counts, and marked values sync into a HubSpot Custom Object. Your team can see what every investor holds across every fund, filterable by unit class, fund, or entity type.

Funds & Unit Classes

Fund metadata, NAV, inception dates, and unit class structures sync into HubSpot, giving your team the ability to filter and segment investors by fund.

Distributions

Distribution events, payment status, reinvestment preferences, and transaction history flow into HubSpot. Your team can identify investors approaching a distribution event or flag those with outstanding payments.

Allocations & Offers

Subscription pipeline data syncs into HubSpot Deals or a Custom Object, giving your capital raising team visibility over who has committed, who has paid, and where each allocation sits in the process.

Prospects

Caruso prospect records sync into HubSpot Contacts, feeding your capital raising pipeline. Every prospect that enters Caruso is immediately visible to the team managing outreach and follow-up in HubSpot.

Built on managed infrastructure

The integration runs on Kongo’s AWS infrastructure in the Sydney region. Caruso’s GraphQL API is queried on a scheduled basis, and data is transformed and written to HubSpot via the HubSpot API.

Sync frequency is configurable. Most clients run daily syncs, with the option to increase frequency for pipeline-critical objects like allocations and prospects.

Error handling, retry logic, and sync logging are built in. Kongo monitors the integration as part of our managed services offering, so your team never needs to troubleshoot API failures or field mapping issues.
