Established direct booking channel on the Zara Tower Hotel website and introduced marketing automation strategies.
We designed and executed lead nurturing workflows, with the goal of increasing website booking conversion. We also integrated the website with an RMS booking and reservation system to make things as easy as possible for users.
We also integrated HubSpot with a custom WordPress e-commerce website and took care of the design and development. As part of this, we planned and executed social media and content marketing strategies. On the website, we established sales channels where bookings can be taken.
