With Magic Hand Carwash, we developed and maintained a website, improving SEO performance and increasing search visibility for non-branded, service related keywords. On top of this, we optimised Google My Business strategy, and introduced calls-to-action to primary service pages for lead generation and lead nurturing for marketing automation.
One of our goals was to find customers who were searching for similar services in areas around Magic locations. To achieve this, we set up a location-based AdWords campaign.
We also wanted to simplify and clarify the recruitment process, so we designed and executed an automated recruitment process flow. This allowed franchises to track the progress of their applicants from application through to onboarding.
To deliver fast, high-quality responses to customer enquiries and complaints, we used marketing automation. We also integrated HubSpot with Magic’s custom ERP/POS system, using custom mapping where email was not present.
Finally, we planned and executed a content marketing and social media strategy to target and engage customers across the web.
